1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of Yesb’s online gambling platform (the “Site” and the “Service”). • 2.2 Geolocation and restricted regions: Yesb uses geolocation measures and may block access from locations where online gambling is prohibited or regulated inconsistently. VPN use to evade restrictions is prohibited and may result in suspension or closure.
• 2.3 Identity verification: You must furnish documentation to verify identity, age, and residence when requested and keep information up to date. Yesb may perform ongoing checks.
• 2.4 Account credentials and security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity conducted through your account. Yesb is not liable for losses due to compromised credentials resulting from user-side weaknesses.
• 2.5 One account per person/brand: Yesb reserves the right to limit to one account per legal entity or per brand and to monitor for shared devices or family accounts to safeguard integrity.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All deposits must be initiated by the account holder and funds must be held in the name of the account holder. Yesb is not a bank and funds within an account form the wagering balance. Before withdrawal, deposits must be wagered in full and cycles are subject to Yesb’s AML/CFT policies. Withdrawals require verification of identity and payment method and will be processed in accordance with approved withdrawal requests and applicable regulation.

• 3.1 Deposits: Payments may be processed via approved methods in the name of the account holder. Deposits are not interest-bearing and do not confer ownership of funds beyond the wagering balance.

Promotions are intended for recreational players. Yesb may limit eligibility or withdraw offers at its discretion. Abuse or fraud (including, but not limited to, multi-accounting, VPN use, collusion, or automated play) may result in withholding or reclaiming bonuses and winnings and may lead to account suspension or closure.

• 4.1 Bonus terms: Each bonus carries its own conditions, including wagering requirements and eligible games.
• 4.2 Abuse prevention: Yesb may exclude or reclaim bonuses and related winnings if abuse is suspected or detected.
• 4.3 Documentation: Yesb may require documentation to verify identity or eligibility before crediting bonuses or offers.

5. Fair Play and Game Integrity

All non-live games are powered by certified Random Number Generators. Yesb conducts independent audits to verify fairness and transparency of game outcomes. Players may request official Return to Player (RTP) values for specific games. Live dealer games are subject to live studio rules and promotions separately published by Yesb.

6. Account Dormancy, Suspension, and Closure

Accounts are deemed Inactive after 12 consecutive months without login and Dormant after 24 consecutive months without activity. Yesb will notify the account holder before action. Dormant accounts may incur a monthly administration fee or be closed in accordance with applicable law. If an account is suspended or closed, Yesb may withhold or retain any winnings, bonuses, or other credits arising after the suspension or closure. Outstanding bets at the time of closure are not honored. On closure, Yesb will remit remaining funds to the last verifiable payment method where possible, subject to due diligence procedures.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Yesb collects, processes and protects personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Personal information may be used for account management, compliance, and marketing activities only with consent. Yesb implements appropriate security measures to safeguard data from unauthorized access or use.

8. Communications and Amendments

By using Yesb, you consent to receive promotional communications. You may opt out at any time. Yesb may update these Terms without prior notice; the latest version will be available on the Site. Continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Disputes, Governing Law and Regulatory Compliance

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Yesb’s licensed operations. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Yesb is licensed, subject to regulatory oversight. To the extent permitted by law, Yesb’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount of funds in the user’s Yesb account at the time of the claim or the amount paid by the user in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater. This limitation does not cover death or personal injury caused by Yesb’s negligence or fraud or intentional misconduct.

11. Termination, Suspension and Closure

Yesb may suspend or terminate an account at its sole discretion for any reason, including breach of the Terms, fraudulent activity, or illegal conduct. Any remaining funds after termination will be returned in accordance with due diligence procedures and applicable law. Yesb may withhold winnings or bonuses arising after suspension when investigations are ongoing. Outstanding bets at the time of closure are not honored. Upon closure, Yesb will remit remaining funds via the last used payment method, subject to due diligence and regulatory requirements.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with Yesb’s Privacy Policy and applicable game rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yesb regarding the Site and Service. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of rights shall be valid unless in writing and signed by Yesb. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
